My image came out virtually precisely as I had emailed it. I'm pleased with the result. However, I paid $7 for the hooks with the understanding that they would be installed, as they had been with all of my prior orders... They did not do so. It was necessary for you to install them yourself, which was not a great difficulty. But I could have simply gone to the dollar shop, picked them up, and done the same thing. The extra $7 isn't worth it.
