The hosting is excellent (I've only had one outage) and the customer service is outstanding. The only reason it loses a star is because the FAQ, while useful, is somewhat short and could need a lot more subjects. On our Terraria server, for example, we didn't know how to setup a server and select Corruption/Crimson. We were instructed to build the world outside of the server and then import it using the FAQ on utilising our own world. What that doesn't say is that it will utilise the Difficulty that was set on your imported world, not the difficulty set in the Aleforge control panel, if you do that. So, after a few days of playing, we had to wipe our universe and start over.
