Everything went swimmingly. I did have the impression that customer service and the procedure were rather stiff. I would have preferred a bit more freedom and the option to discuss issues with a team member. Overall, the end result is excellent, and I am grateful, but I wonder if I might have improved it any more with a little more aid and time.
