As always, the turnaround time was excellent! My prior two orders were for simple logo designs with only two or three colours, and the firm performed an excellent job on each of them. The most recent order was to scan a coloured pencil drawing of a bird. Many colours were employed in the drawing, which was done in layers of vertical pencil strokes. The digital embroidery file was fine, but it didn't quite capture the drawing's brilliance. I had previously attempted to stitch the artwork with my own Premier Plus Photostitch programme, but it failed to capture the drawing's brilliance. I've come to the conclusion that converting a sophisticated art drawing into an embroidery file isn't straightforward, and no one's programme is likely to be up to the task.
