Excellent customer service... I was fortunate enough to get upgraded the same day I paid. The only thing I could suggest is that they should be cautious not to become stressed if the carried players make a mistake... remember, we are paying for this for a reason... you can't expect carried players to respond like pros. one XD.... but it was clean, swift, and professional at the end.
