For my small internet store, I use Foam Party Hats materials. They are always quick to send out supplies, and the materials appear to be of reasonable quality. I can't give them a five-star rating because their products are rather expensive, they charge for shipping, and several colours are constantly out of stock. They do provide a bulk quantity discount, which I occasionally use. Overall, they are very mediocre, but I gave them a 4 star rating rather than a 3 star one.
