The service was excellent for the most part. Excellent communication and response time. My only gripe is that several of the exterior Poly Bags were crumpled, crinkled, and ripped, but the albums itself (both artwork and LP record) were in perfect condition. Also, shipment was quite quick. I would definitely order from Solid Merch again.
