The product arrived on time and in excellent shape. The service was outstanding. Solid-merch has exceeded our expectations. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because there was an unexpected overage charge when I tried to check out that wasn't mentioned during the ordering process. They did offer information on their site regarding it, which I found and read before finishing the checkout process. There were no issues at all, and the service was excellent once again. I'm just a hard sell who doesn't give five stars lightly, and the one minor issue turned out to be of no consequence, but I believe it might have been clarified earlier in the ordering process.
