Everything I've received from NYS has been fantastic. The oils are well-packaged and have wonderful fragrances. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that they are frequently out of the oils I'm seeking for (although they do notify me when new ones arrive) and that orders take a long time to arrive. But when it comes to oils, it's an A+.
