This is a great website. Karl's club saves you money on shipping and gives you a discount, which is fantastic. The customer service is outstanding. The selection is the only thing I'd change or even criticise. It's fine, even great, but it'd be a true 5-star tackle site if they had a little bit more variety. If I could, I'd give them 4.9 stars.
