Part was exactly what was required and was delivered on time. In the world of internet shopping, we've become jaded, expecting 2 or 3 day delivery for things ordered in the continental US. This took around a week, possibly eight days. I should have taken that into account because it was urgently required. It was my fault, not the company's.
