My experience with this site was simple enough for someone who hadn't booked a ticket in a long time, and while there was a hitch with acquiring the E-Ticket since I supplied the wrong email (my fault), everything worked out great after a few tries and assistance from the crew on the other side. So, overall, a good experience.
