The mat board came in excellent condition! That is very remarkable. I was less delighted after discovering that the breadth had been trimmed approximately 1/8" too long. I was able to cut that down using a specific paper cutter that I had on hand. It's made of high-quality materials and looks stunning in my frame. If I could, I'd give it a 4.5! I also double-checked all of my measurements to ensure they were perfect.
