I bought a 12-month subscription to PSplus. The code was delivered shortly as a picture of a prepaid voucher. Because the image was of low quality, I could just barely discern portions of the code's characters and digits. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they will contact their supplier for a higher-quality photograph. Meanwhile, I ultimately managed to input the proper code by repeatedly typing what I believed the code was until it was approved. I notified customer service that I had successfully used the code.
