I rated it four stars since my ears are little and I can't keep them in for very long, so when I sleep with them in, I wake up at some point throughout the night to take them out. Aside from that, they're fantastic; the music quality is excellent, and the ear buds are initially pleasant, but not for long enough for me to keep them in my ears.
