Although the phone response was outstanding, the responding voice mail system was a touch perplexing. When I first looked at the menu, I couldn't figure out which numerical response was proper. Prior to our arrival, our flat (both upper and lower) had been jointly rented, and the tenants appeared to have moved some stuff around. It would be beneficial if someone checked the properties between tenants to ensure that no furniture or equipment had wandered or been stolen.
