The lowest available pricing. Would have liked the boxed version, but availability was questionable, and other reviewers had varied results with out-of-stock promise dates. The unboxed CPU worked, and I was able to utilise a cooler and video card (the CPU lacks integrated video) that I had on hand. It took around 5 days to ship.
