The customer service is excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. The structure is quite amateurish. The building is filthy, and the one painting on the wall is falling away. It looks like a low-end car shop. I get that it is an install bay attached to a waiting room, but come on, take some pride in your job and all of the wonderful Google reviews.
