DOA (dead on arrival) computer, I was sent a FedEx return slip after sending a photo of my problem. It was as simple as returning an item on Amazon to receive a refund.
I had previously ordered a surprise box from them and had no issues. It was disappointed that the one I ordered in December did not get mailed, as it was a gift for someone. I eventually received a refund after a few emails. My friend, on the other hand, never received the gift:(
