Horrible customer experience!!! My last order will be the last I ever make with them. Made an order for $200 something dollars. I live on the west coast, but they're located on the east coast. The only way to ship (and you have to pay for your own shipping) is ground. Think about that... summer months... perishable food items... ground... Long story short, UPS screws up, I call Balkanfresh to inquire and express my concern about the food. You can't talk to a person. You get an automated SMS, and then you talk to someone who clearly shows maturity in business dealings. I'm receiving a whole bunch of empty promises how they'll contact UPS for me and they'll call me back... nothing... radio silence... Today, after waiting for a week for my package (which I still have not received), I try again to resolve the issue and get a refund. A whole back and forth with someone hiding behind an SMS and who refuses to talk to me via phone... At last I gave up... I'm out $200, but hopefully, whoever is reading this... be warned... Oh and Balkanfresh... if you're reading this... I hope those $200 was worth it because you lost a customer, and more importantly... the money... I hope it brings you no good whatsoever! May it perish in your hands as it has disappeared from mine! Amin!
