I was due to travel toPeru on a personalised itinerary- up until then the communication was wonderful and we were really looking forward to our big trip. Marcela was at first very understanding when I told her we had to cancel and promised to return the 2000US wehad paid in advance.Two years later and I am still waiting and there is no reply to my emails. Aero Mexico also owe me 4000US and have 'regrouped' so are still flying out of Japan where I live but have given me no compensation.I wouldnt use goto peru as if things go wrong, you probably won't get your money back.
