I don't usually leave comments unless I got bad service but I sent in my samsung galaxy s10 plus in great condition with a few scuffs marks at bottom by the charger port but guess what they give me an excuse that it's scratches in the screen I sent my phone in really good condition and unlocked so the price went from 320 to 225. I got a whole new phone so the phone was sitting around collecting dust so the money I just took it but im tell you be careful with this company they will under sell you. I will never use this company again.
