Several shipment delays later... Despite the fact that you went with Canada's least expensive shipping service, it's not entirely your responsibility. When I finally got my delivery, I saw that the colors I requested were not included. I was given a $3 refund after writing to you folks. Which I did, but not because I thought it would be worthwhile for me to spend the time sending the packages back. I needed the coats because it was -20 degrees in Montreal at the time. Two weeks later, both coats had already broken. On both sides of the chest, one is torn at the seams. Additionally, the fabric and straps don't seem anywhere near as well as they do online. It's safe to say that I won't ever order from you guys again.
