For me, it's just totally fine. The customer service is tops! The food is delicious and I save a lot of money, time and effort. So in my case I have not experienced any issues. The customer service is easy to text and chat with. I don't need to call them either. They even follow up with my weekly deliveries. I tried to cancel my service just because I want to but they wanted to hear me out and that made me feel wanted as a customer. I find this rare compared to other companies. Overall, the quality of my meals and the service I get is worth keeping it.
