Dell Monitor was sold as new and not listed as refurbished or used. When we received it, It was a used unit. I asked the rep and he said it didn't say new either. He stated we should have known it was used. This product was sold under false pretense. Sale rep was very defensive and condescending. They refused to refund even when the knew product was not listed as refurbished.
