I ordered 12 Disposable Vape and couple of days later they sent me an email about 2 of the vape is out of stock and refund is given. They just processed without asking me if I want to get different flavors. This entire order was for my co-workers, and I needed exactly 12 of them. I requested them to cancel the order so I can replace them. After 2 hours later, they just shipped my package without answering my request. This place used to be very good shop. I came back after 2yrs but I don't know who is taking management, It's terrible now. No customer service nothing! "Submit a Ticket to reach out to customer service team??" really? If there is no A/S? close the shop. if you can't deal with customers.
