All the reviews are fake here and on TrustPilot. Horrible customer service. Website has constant problems recognizing passwords. Site will not even send a link to reset it, and the customer reps will send you a new password that still does not work. When I said I wanted to just cancel, she logged off the chat. To get them to behave responsibly, I am filing an attorney general complaint here in TN. *Don't believe the reply below - they don't answer the phone, and nobody calls despite promising to. I was lied to just last night by one of their reps.
