The meals are helpful for weight loss/maintenance and taste pretty good. They're small, but that's kind of the point. I love that the customer service can be handled through text, and they're pretty responsive. One experience with service agent Lourdes was really helpful in understanding why something occurred instead of just saying yes/no. The only complaint I have is that the meals are updated weekly, and for some reason I get meals I don't order, even when I log online to change them.
