I thought I had my settings on for every two weeks for meals. I received the next package a week after. Some of the meals weren�t what I picked and I reached out to let them know. They confirmed that they would deliver every two weeks and reimbursed my next package of 18 meals for the following week. Great customer service, glad I chose FlexPro.
