I�ve been using these meals for about 8 month or more and really satisfied with them as I use my meals for lunch at work. I�ve had a problem tho recently with all my meals was being thawed when I received them but I called them and spoke with Olga she helped me out and replaced all my meals and was receiving wrong meals wich I believe it was my fault for not re selecting my meals every month by they replaced everything free� so I would recommend pro flex meals
