We booked flights with them online. . Nothing was charged to our card - they stated we would be contacted in 2-24 hours. We were contacted 18 hours later (still no charge)- to be told the flights we booked were cheap because no bags (not even carry in). Agent told us we did not have option to buy bags (checked or carry on ). He tried to sell us other options that were basically double the price in order to have 1 carry on. He told us it was a take it or leave it deal - and that if we leave it- that we would be charged anyway. Do not book with these guys - go with legit company or direct to airline !
