Luz is so beyond helpful!! I had questions about my order and certain dates and foods that were available. He was so attentive, so patient and even took ownership of the text messages.
I am a loyal member but this week I had an issue with my meal delivery, the meal selections I chose did not save and unfortunately there was a glitch with their ordering system. Brian responded to my message fast and let me know they are aware of the issue and made it right by crediting me on my next order!
