I had an issue from the first delivered box of meals. The box was much too large for the number of meals that I had ordered, therefore they were tossed about during shipping. I had taken a picture and sent it in explaining what had happened. I heard from a few customer service reps but the last few days it has been Luz. They were going to close the ticket being that I had no idea someone had gotten in touch with me utilizing a text. Anyway so my issue had gotten resolved in a timely manner.
