I want to warn everybody, do not book anything throughtravel.com.!!! I booked a room at the wacky key Hilton and checked in. They had a strike going on, which nobody advised me of. I did not get any of the services I paid for! Hilton To havetravelout.com, contact them and negotiate a refund. They flatly refused! This was a bad situation. Just made worse because they would not help me out! I am going to call the Hilton today and try to negotiate myself. I�m thoroughly disgusted with everything! JUST WARNING EVERYBODY, DO NOT BOOK WITH TRAVELOUTS.COM! THEY DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACK!
