Buyer Beware!! Will never purchase from the site again. Took over 11 days to receive order (3 wines) when the site says 3-5 days. Shipping label was created and FedEx waited 6 days to receive the shipment. Wine was received heat damaged and undrinkable- wax tops were popped off, corks were 1/3 way out with seepage over the bottles. When contacting customer service I had to email multiple pictures, multiple times (I included pictures in my original email). Their response time was very slow. After 4 days or so of back and forth they tried to only give 20% off order. They wanted me to eat $100+ on wine that was not drinkable. I kept requesting a replacement order. Days later they responded with 40% off. I continued to refuse the offering asking for a full replacement. No response for almost a week. Checked my credit card and they issued the 40% refund. I wasn't about to throw away $80 on undrinkable wine. I disputed the charge with my CC company. Only the did they respond saying they would replace the shipment. Took a couple days and they sent me a return shipping label. I was told once they receive the damaged items they would send a replacement shipment. Took another 5 days after receiving the return to ask if I wanted a replacement or refund. At this time it was 6 weeks after the original order. Their customer service was joke and was definitely AI generated. The audacity to ask to throw away $100 (then $80) on a product that couldn't be consumed. Super slow response times and unwillingness to make things right. If I didn't dispute the charge I would still be waiting for a resolution. Unless you prefer undrinkable wine, slow shipping, and awful customer service, I would strongly recommend not ordering from Frootbat.
