I have book a roundtrip flight from them on August 26th. They gave a booking reference of ECJBAFG. Also, in the first email it said "This is not your e-ticket, Your E-ticket will be send within 4 hours once your credit card verification has been completed. (Este no es su boleto electronico, su boleto electronico se enviara dentro de las 4 horas una vez que se haya completado la verificacion de su tarjeta de credito) Here's your flight itinerary details. Please make a note of the booking reservation number for future queries. We value and thank you for your business." However, no ticket came till next day. I tried to contact with over phone and chat. Their phone after holding for 15 to 20 minutes over automated line disconnected automatically. On their chat also, the rep. said hello and asked me to wait but after that did not respond after waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. As of now, I have no ticket and no word with customer service. I read couple of other reviews on sitejabber where I learned some had similar experience and they experience fraudulent charges after giving their credit card information. My advise is if you book a ticket with them and don't get a ticket within 6 hours, report to FTC.
