Do NOT EVER use this company. I sent an almost pristine Samsung Galaxy 21 in the box with all the forms books even the headset, All separately wrapped. I purchased the phone 100% cash but they claimed there was a lien on it? Suddenly their offer dropped. When i asked them to return the phone i got it back in bubble wrap with not one accessory or even the box and charger. What good is it now? Take my advice throw your phone out the car window rather than use OC Buy back
