We used this company for over a year we have a year and a half left on our account yet 3 days ago all services stopped websites and email. I opened a ticket and no explanation as to why but one sentence saying here is a link to a file that has all your data (it does not) it will be deleted in 15 days. When asked why service and support are stopped no reply but the same sentence about this file. I replied the file does not contain everything and asked for my email and no response no support. Whatever you do please don't use this ISP if you want your email and websites.
