Purchased a rug what I thought was great design, when received it was nothing like the photos. The product came Casablanca for delivery fee, plus the rug has large bright fabric Tassels everywhere not a hand woven rug! I asked to return the item the support emailed three days later advising the cost of $455 aud which equates to 90% of the rug I paid for. This company 100% fraudulent do not buy from them.
