Wrote on VILLATEL Review

Royal Headquarters with Bowling Alley at Solterra Very disappointing... I booked the house on VRBO for the amenities that it had to offer. The main reason was in the bowling alley that the house had been advertised on VRBO. When I arrived, I discovered that the bowling alley was half built and not operable ! This is very big disappoint due to the fact, I have handicap niece that was so excited to bowl and I had to inform her that it was not possible. She was very sad and cried that she couldn't bowl for the week. I called customer service at Villatel (owner of the house), to see if there was another house with bowling alley ? They said no, asked for upgrade to offset the difference in amenities, they said nothing was available. They offered me $500 credit, wow so generous. Then I asked to speak with the manager, they said he would call me the next day. Never called ??? Not very impressive customer service ! I will never rent from this company again. They knew the bowling alley was not finished, but highlight the bowling alley in there advertisements to entice renters. To me this is very deceitful and false advertisement!
