Poor!!! Scammers. I reserved a six-person van for five persons and all luggage. They informed me the night before that in order to fit the luggage, I would need to upgrade to an 8-person vehicle.
Waseem, the driver, was great. From Morden to Heathrow, we rented a 7-seater. He was really kind when we had to change our booking details on the final day.

Excellent customer service. Our flights were cancelled due to a health situation, but we were able to rebook two days later. We emailed the taxi company in New Zealand, and they agreed to pick us up at the new time right away.
