Literally the worst business. Extremely rude when you finally get ahold of someone. I shipped returns back with my moms to save on shipping. My mom received her store credit but I didn�t. I kept messaging them and just getting the run around. When I finally got a real message, they wanted me to prove it had arrived there because they couldn�t find it. After reading other reviews this is a common problem! Save yourself the headache and shop other boutiques that sort by season such as Hello Color, MyEllement or IKT. Quality and customer service is much better!
