    If you submit a query, you will receive an email stating that your problem has been handled along with a link that will take you back to the help page from which you originally requested assistance. which has no effect, after which you are forwarded to a cleeng page with no effect. Therefore, Zendesk is unable to assist.

    I recently sent an email to a business that makes use of Zendesk customer support. I received a response within an hour. It did not reply to what I typed, though. Usually, if I receive responses from customer service that are unrelated to my request, I start to suspect that the business is outsourcing customer service to Zendesk.

    We had the chance to speak with the live chat agents because we were premium customers. Now that they have a bot, communicating with them is no longer possible. Even if you inform the bot that you want to speak with an agent and the agent responds after a week, the bot will once again respond to your message. absolute nightmare

    No longer offering any assistance. No email help, no chat, and no phone number. Just a bot, with a possible response days or weeks later. Don't use this platform. Ironic given that they advertise a "multi-channel" platform but are so disconnected from what they are marketing that they have no understanding what giving help entails.

    I find it somewhat comical that I'm being overcharged and have no other option than to call customer support for a company that sells complaints management software. It takes up to 8 hours between messages to receive a response, which is why I've been trying to do that for 3 days. Exceptionally poor service!
