Gorgias has been used by us for about a year, and I adore it. Since we have a smaller company, it suits us perfectly. They have always been prompt in their responses and quite helpful whenever I've had a query.Having said that, here are some things I hope the future brings:-Read Receipts (sometimes we wind up in customers' spam folders)- More efficient/simpler ways to set up automation and filters; filters can be a little difficult to set up. We have a weekend auto-responder set up, and instead of manually turning it on every Friday and off every Monday, I would love to be able to place it on a timer.
