They sent a roof membrane that was too short. With an unprotectes roof I had hoped they would overnight the correct membrane. Nope. And they need a photo proving they are in fact incompetent and that I am not somehow dishonest. Problem is another 10 day shipping wait. I will never use them again. Use at your own risk.
