    This company is a complete scam. They suckered me into the first year with a discount, then tripled their price. I canceled the service at the end of the year and found a much better service at a fraction of the cost. Despite my cancelation, TotalAV charged me anyway. I have called and emailed them 10+ times at this point telling them to refund the $149 fee. They are ignoring my requests and instead spamming me with sales pitches because they don't want to issue a refund. I have emailed, called, and gone to their website to cancel this service. They refuse to send me a working cancelation link.
