    The garage was created by a spouse and a buddy. The garage door was operated manually. Never, ever pull up smooth. A garage door opener was installed a few years ago. Several times it has broken. For a while, it worked well. It's still coming apart. I'm becoming old.

    So far, so good. I haven't yet received my estimates. I enjoy the all-in-one solution for obtaining estimates. I wish there was a quick calculation or estimate based on basic information. Perhaps soon.
