    In the last several years, I've noticed a significant increase in customer service. I was going to switch jobs, but they improved considerably. There is still space for development, which is why I gave it a 4/5.

    We were hosting our website with GoDaddy. Unfortunately, their delay was too much for us to function. We joined HostPapa after measuring the latency of their hosting, which was found to be 47ms on average. This compares to a GoDaddy average of 429ms. E-commerce, as well as the most recent web design strategies, necessitate quick response times.

    There was an error with a renewal - they deducted a money before a service that I did not wish to renew expired. They were, however, simple to contact, and the situation was resolved peacefully.

    I was unable to interact with a corporation in order to renew a domain. After numerous fruitless attempts, I contacted HostPapa, with whom I had registered a separate domain, and begged for assistance. The personnel at the support desk attempted to assist me but were likewise unable to do so. Nonetheless, I appreciated their efforts and would suggest HostPapa as a dependable company.

    So far, I've been quite pleased with HostPapa. The account is simple to set up and has a plethora of feature options. My website is just a bulletin board, therefore it is fairly simple. My only complaint is that their website is difficult to use, with several layers and no explanation of what they include. Their technical assistance has been prompt and competent.
