    The picture work on the puzzle was fantastic. However, because the puzzle is constructed of very thin material, I am hesitant to disassemble it for fear of breaking it. It was likewise packaged in a narrow envelope with no cardboard protection on either side. It's a marvel it made it through the post office's handling and stamping.

    I purchased two frames for a single photograph. One of the frames has a gap at the joint (mitre). The other is stunning. I'll have to remove the staples and restart with the gap closed. I do, however, like the image's quality.

    The image quality is excellent. I received the picture with no name and an incomplete address, and no hanging kit was included, despite the fact that I bought one. Customer support is sending a message, so I'm hoping it gets through.

    My most recent order was difficult to follow, but it was successfully delivered.I suppose I'll opt for quantity (big) rather than quality. Sometimes the canvas simply isn't crisp enough. It was my mistake; I provided a picture that was too huge at times.

    I've never seen the canvas. I did note how quickly it was finished! I'll let you know how the canvas picture turns out. I purchased numerous images from your company, but there was just one that I was unsatisfied with. For the past three years, I have purchased my Christmas gifts from your firm.
