    We opted to go to a KC Mavericks game because we had never there before! I got in touch with Gheed, and she went above and beyond to find us 8 amazing seats so we could bring friends, as well as hook me up with a terrific price! We'll contact you again soon for additional Maverick tickets, Gheed! Thank you for working so hard and making our first game such a success!

    Overall, a fantastic experience. They say that there are no costs, but then charge $5.95 for delivery. It's far less than everyone else's, but it's still bothersome. They also don't have very excellent seat maps (at least at the venue I used).

    I had to purchase extra tickets that I didn't need, so I'm now out $105. I just required nine tickets and was only given eight or ten. I was allowed to choose 9 until I was ready to pay, at which point it changed the number of tickets on me.

    Tickets and pricing were somewhat lower than at the venue (including fees). However, the shipping price and ticket protection sounded a little dubious given that they make such a big deal about having no service fees.

    Well, I usually appreciate obtaining KU tickets, but the $5.95 cost on my orders isn't exactly in line with the no taxes or hidden fees promise. The crucial term here is "hidden," because they didn't hide the cost.
